Cycling Holidays SL is a travel agency registered in accordance with the conditions established by the governments of Spain and Catalonia. Final accommodations may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, accommodation of at least the same category will be used. In case of any incident, a Cycling Holidays representative will be at your disposal. Cycling Holidays reserves the right to cancel the trip and return the money paid without penalty or recrimination as a result of, but not restricted to major acts (including fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, hurricanes or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockade, strike, block or interruption or failure in the electrical or telephone service.
