Cycling Holidays SL is a travel agency registered under the terms of the government of Spain region of Catalonia province of Tarragona. A representative of Cycling Holidays SL will be at your disposal.
Cycling Holidays SL reserves the right to cancel the trip and return the money without penalty or recrimination, but this is not limited to reasons beyond our control, such as: war, invasion, aggression, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, attack, terrorism , nationalization, state sanctions, blockade, strike, failure of electrical or telephone services, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, pandemic or other natural disasters.
How do I reserve my trip?
Formalization of the reservation: payment of 30% of the total package or € 300 if the price of the package is less than € 1,000
Remaining amount of the package to be paid 30 days before the start of the trip.
How is cancellation by the client?
- – If it is done within the first 10 days of the reservation formalization, there will be no penalty.
- – From the 11th day, a 20% penalty and until 30 days before the start of the package.
- – 100% penalty 30 days before the start of the package.
How is it canceled by the client, in the bicycle rental?
- If it is done within the first 10 days of the formalization of the reservation, there will be no penalty.
- From the 11th day, a 20% penalty and up to 7 days before the start of the rental.
- 100% penalty 7 days before the start of the rental.
